Contact us

Start with a clear conversation.

If you are planning to study abroad from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, or the wider East Asian and Southeast Asian region, tell us where you are in the process, what you are considering, and what feels uncertain. We will help you identify the planning steps that matter most now.

What you can contact us about

Help across the full study abroad journey.

Most enquiries fall into one of these four areas. You do not need to know which one applies — that is part of what the first conversation is for.

Choosing where and what to study.
Destination & course

Choosing where and what to study.

Comparing destinations, universities, cities, and entry requirements. Undergraduate and postgraduate course shortlisting against the student's profile.

Putting the strongest application together.
Applications

Putting the strongest application together.

Personal statements, essays, CVs, references, portfolios, and interview preparation — undergraduate or postgraduate, with the rigour each route needs. See application support.

Paying for it and getting through the visa.
Funding & visa

Paying for it and getting through the visa.

Scholarship discovery and funding decisions, tuition planning, study visa preparation, and the document organisation each destination expects.

The work that begins after the offer.
Transition & family

The work that begins after the offer.

Pre-departure planning, accommodation, arrival readiness, mentorship, guardianship, summer programmes for younger students, and family conversations about cost, safety, and timing.

What to include

The more context, the more useful the reply.

You do not need every answer before contacting us. If the route is unclear, that is exactly what the conversation can help organise. A few lines of context is enough to point the reply in the right direction.

Parents or guardians can also send the enquiry where they are helping with major decisions. The guidance remains student-led — we keep the student at the centre while giving the family enough context to feel informed.

  • Your current level of study and education system.
  • The countries or destinations you are considering.
  • Your intended intake or rough timeline.
  • Subject interests or course direction.
  • Your current academic profile or qualifications.
  • Budget expectations or cost concerns.
  • Whether scholarships or funding support are important.
  • Where you are in the process right now — and any offer, deadline, visa, or document already on the table.
  • Family questions around safety, welfare, accommodation, or readiness.
What happens next

Four steps from enquiry to a clearer next move.

The conversation stays consultative and pressure-free. You decide how to move forward.

  1. 1 We review your enquiry. We look at your goals, timing, destination interests, and current stage.
  2. 2 We identify the key decision. We work out whether destination planning, application support, scholarship guidance, visa preparation, or another form of support comes first.
  3. 3 We explain the next steps. We outline a practical route so you know what needs attention and in what order.
  4. 4 You decide how to move forward. No package, no pressure — just a clearer view of the route ahead.

Can I contact you if I have not chosen a country yet?

Yes. Many students contact us while they are still comparing destinations. We can help you think through academic fit, cost, visa preparation, lifestyle, and long-term value before you commit to a route.

Can my parents or guardians join the conversation?

Yes, where family involvement is useful. This is common when budget, welfare, accommodation, safety, or travel planning needs to be discussed. The student remains the centre of the process.

Do I need to know exactly which course I want?

No. If you have a subject direction but not a final course list, we can help you compare options and understand what makes one route more suitable than another.

Can you help if I already have an offer?

Yes. Students with offers may still need help comparing decisions, planning scholarships, preparing for the visa stage, organising tuition support, or getting ready to leave.
